Witney Table Tennis Club is a local sports organisation dedicated to promoting and developing table tennis across West Oxfordshire — from complete beginners picking up a bat for the first time, to experienced players competing in the Oxford league.
Founded in 2019, the club has grown into a genuine community: regular practice, structured coaching and competitive league play make it a great place to improve your game, meet new people, and enjoy table tennis in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Our ambition
We’re building the best table tennis club in Oxfordshire — not by claiming it’s already done, but by putting in the work: fielding three competitive teams across the Oxford league, running a welcoming weekly open session, and growing a community of 100+ members who train, compete and socialise together.
Affiliated to Table Tennis England
The club is run to national governing body standards, giving members a trusted, well-organised structure to play, compete and progress in.

The best way to understand the club is to visit. Open sessions run every Tuesday, 7:00–9:00pm, at Carterton Leisure Centre — no booking needed, all equipment provided.
